Thunder road Bridgend.

Gotta' give a heads up to these guys. Excellent after sale service.

My little cbf 125 is about 11months old, and I had a rust problem on the gearchange linkage assembly. Took it down, told them I expected this off a Chinese bike, not the big H. They agreed, emailed Honda, and within a week, fitted a brand new assembly, lever, footrest hangers both sides and a big casing bolt. More than I asked for, no 'ifs and buts'. So . . . moral here is, complain . . . Guess the squeaky wheel gets the oil.

A few of my mates have bought bikes of them and they have an excellent service, not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for

My experience with them was'nt a good one they tried to over charge me for a service, they wanted £9000 the same bike as i'v got and it was already 12months old.....shopped around and got it for £6200 dilivery to my door

I was not impressed by their condescending little prick of a "mechanic" ..... though the cafe was ok?

Was better when young master Bowen owned it and it was in Leslie Griffiths shop (I miss old Leslie) been in there a few times and yes overpriced is a term i'd use and codecending is the attitude but i think the cafe could use a little help too. Still not a lot of choice for bike shops in Bridgend eh??
